*TO DAY*

"The wedding ceremony in the Muslim community should be a beautiful and memorable occasion. However, nowadays it has become more of a show-off and a waste of money. The bride and groom are more concerned about their outfits, jewelry, and makeup than the actual purpose of the ceremony.
The wedding feast has also become a grand affair, with multiple dishes and expensive decorations. The focus has shifted from the simplicity and elegance of the occasion to a mere display of wealth.
Moreover, the bride is expected to be a perfect hostess, taking care of every guest and ensuring that they are well-fed and entertained. This has led to a lot of stress and pressure on the bride, who is already nervous about her big day.
I remember my grandmother telling me about her wedding day, how simple and beautiful it was. She wore a simple saree, and the groom wore a traditional outfit. The ceremony was held at home, and the feast was a simple yet delicious spread.
Nowadays, weddings have become a grand spectacle, with elaborate decorations, expensive clothes, and a huge guest list. The focus has shifted from the simplicity and elegance of the occasion to a mere display of wealth.
I wish we could go back to the simplicity and elegance of the past, where weddings were a beautiful and memorable occasion, not just a show-off and a waste of money."
